Head to any of our three Dubai Mall kiosks and collect your equipment — sanitised, charged and ready. Our on-site team will help you get set up and answer any questions.

Enjoy the mall at your own pace. Need more time? Extend your rental from your phone. When you're done, drop the equipment back at any kiosk — no queues, no hassle.

Do I need to book in advance?
You can walk up to a kiosk, but reserving online with Click & Collect guarantees availability and skips the wait — especially during busy weekends and holidays.
How much does it cost to rent mobility equipment?
Pricing depends on the equipment and duration. Rentals start from AED 60 for the first hour, with discounted additional hours and daily rates. All prices are shown in AED and include 5% VAT.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. You can extend an active rental at any time from your account, subject to availability, and you'll only pay for the extra time used.
Is the equipment cleaned between rentals?
Every piece of equipment is inspected and sanitised before each rental, and powered devices are fully charged and ready to go.
Where can I collect and return equipment?
We operate three kiosks across The Dubai Mall. You can collect at one and return to any of the three — whichever is most convenient on your way out.
